Your first steps

Maison Sillage is a Shopify theme for thoughtful fragrance brands. Begin with your products and images, then shape the storefront around your collection.

1. Add the theme to your store

In Shopify Admin, open Online Store → Themes. Use the theme upload option to upload the ZIP supplied to you. Keep the new theme unpublished while you set it up. If you already have a customized theme, duplicate it before making changes.

2. Connect real content

Add your products, variants, prices, inventory, and media in Shopify Admin. Create the collections you want to feature. In the theme editor, select your collections, products, navigation menus, and images in each section.

Theme installation does not transfer the demo store's products, photos, pages, menus, or metafield definitions. Empty sections include guidance or placeholders until you add your content.

3. Make it your own

Open Theme settings to set your logo, typography, colors, and shopping bag preferences. Open Header and Footer to choose menus and contact links. Save changes, then preview the desktop and mobile layouts.

Before publishing

• Check every menu and promotional button destination.
• Select each product size and check its price, stock, and image.
• Add an item to the bag, change its quantity, and remove it.
• Check your shipping, return, and privacy policies.
• Test checkout using Shopify's appropriate test setup before accepting real orders.

Publishing replaces the theme customers see. Publish only after your own content and store settings are ready.
