What we collect

When requests are enabled, the form collects your name, email, store URL, issue description, optional theme version, and any screenshots you choose to attach. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or personal customer data.

How we use it

Smart Digital Solution uses these details to investigate your theme question, send a receipt, and reply to you. Rizal handles support. Your request is stored in our private support storage, not published on this website.

Retention and email

Copies of requests and attachments in our website storage are automatically removed after 90 days. Emails are handled through the support mailbox and its email provider; deleting the website copy does not automatically delete email copies. We use email delivery services only to process support communications.

Website operation

This help center does not use advertising analytics. The form uses a short-lived security token and temporary request-rate controls to reduce abuse. Hosting services may keep standard operational logs.
